by us will be charged at cost plus 10%

Electrical Installation Condition Report costs:

• House/Flat (1 bedroom)  - £99*
• House/Flat (2 bedrooms) - £132*
• House/Flat (3 bedrooms) - £165*
• House Flat (4 bedrooms) - £198*

*Testing prices are based on properties having non-electric heating systems and no more than 8 circuits in total. For properties with electric heating, add approx. £80. For properties with more than 8 circuits, add £15 per circuit.

For smaller jobs such as putting up a light fitting or changing lamps, a quote is not normally necessary. These jobs typically don’t take much time and labour costs are charged at our standard rates.

For example, if we came out to install a light fitting and it took our engineer an hour, you would pay:

£55.00 plus materials, for instance £10.00
